Frequently asked questions
- How long does a daily check-in take?
- Less than a minute. Checking off your routine takes a few taps, and the daily selfie takes about ten seconds.
- When do the analytics unlock?
- As your history builds. The more days you log, the deeper the insights: routine consistency and streaks, side-by-side comparisons, then trends tied to the products you add or remove.
- Where are my photos stored?
- Only on your device. Maju never uploads your selfies, never sells them, and never uses them to train AI without your explicit opt-in. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Does Maju work with my products?
- Yes. Any product, any brand, any routine length, from a first cleanser to a ten-step ritual.
- What if I miss a day?
- Nothing breaks. Mark the day as skipped, or pick up tomorrow. Maju keeps a record of what you actually did, and reminders help you catch the next one.
- Is Maju medical advice?
- No. Maju is a tracking tool. It shows trends in your own photos and routine; it does not diagnose, treat, or grade your skin. For any skin concern, see a dermatologist or doctor.
Delete your data
- In the app, go to Settings › Delete everything. This removes every photo, log, routine, product, and setting on your iPhone. There is no undo. Deleting the app does the same.
- If you created a Maju account, go to [PLACEHOLDER: exact in-app path to delete the account]. This deletes your account and every copy of your data on our servers, including photos.
- If you only want to clear the sample content, use Settings › Remove demo data. Your own logs are not touched.
If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account data within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 30] days. In local-only mode nothing is stored with us, so deleting the app is enough.
Deleting your data or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
